Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation and focused attention, something similar to being so absorbed in a good book or movie that you lose track of time. It's a completely natural state of mind that we all experience throughout the day, like when you're daydreaming or 'on autopilot' during a drive.
During a hypnosis session, I guide you gently into this state, where your conscious mind relaxes, and we can access the subconscious mind—the part of you that holds your beliefs, habits, and emotions. This allows us to work together to uncover insights or make the changes you want, like breaking old patterns or creating new, healthier ones.
It’s important to know that you are always in control. You won’t do or say anything you don’t want to, and you can come out of the state whenever you choose. Think of it as a safe, supportive space where your mind can rest and reset to help you achieve your goals.

Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT, is a powerful and proven therapeutic approach that combines the best elements of hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and psychotherapy to create lasting change quickly.
During an RTT session, I guide you into a deeply relaxed, focused state—similar to being absorbed in a daydream—where we can access your subconscious mind. This is the part of your mind that stores your beliefs, habits, and emotions, many of which were formed during childhood.
The goal of RTT is to uncover the root cause of any issue or behavior you want to change. Instead of just addressing symptoms, we work together to understand where and how the issue started. Once we identify the cause, we reframe those limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering ones.
What’s unique about RTT is that it’s designed to deliver results in just 1-3 sessions for most people. It’s a collaborative process, so you’ll always feel safe, supported, and in control. After the session, you’ll receive a personalized recording to reinforce the positive changes we’ve made, helping you continue to transform your mindset long after the session is over.
RTT is highly effective for a wide range of challenges, from building confidence and overcoming anxiety to breaking bad habits or achieving personal goals. It’s a fast, focused, and transformative way to create meaningful, lasting change.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can help you create meaningful, lasting change in your life by addressing challenges at their core. The benefits of hypnotherapy are diverse and can vary depending on your goals, but some of the most common include:
Breaking Negative Patterns: Hypnotherapy helps uncover and release old habits, fears, or beliefs that no longer serve you, allowing you to replace them with more empowering ones.
Reducing Stress and Anxiety: It promotes deep relaxation and equips you with tools to feel calmer and more in control in your daily life.
Boosting Confidence and Self-Esteem: By addressing the subconscious blocks that hold you back, hypnotherapy can help you feel more confident and self-assured.
Improving Sleep: It’s effective for overcoming insomnia and improving sleep quality, helping you wake up refreshed and energized.
Supporting Physical Health: Hypnotherapy has been shown to help with pain management, reducing symptoms of conditions like IBS, or even preparing for surgery or childbirth.
Overcoming Fears and Phobias: By addressing the root cause of your fear, hypnotherapy can help you let go of irrational worries and feel freer in your daily life.
Achieving Goals: Whether it’s weight loss, quitting smoking, or enhancing performance, hypnotherapy aligns your subconscious mind with your conscious goals for lasting success.
The best part is that hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind—the part that drives most of your behavior and decisions. This means you’re working directly with the root cause of issues rather than just addressing symptoms. It’s a gentle, natural, and effective way to create positive change, and it’s tailored specifically to your needs.

Many people wonder if they can be hypnotized, and the good news is that hypnosis is a completely natural state of mind that everyone can experience. In fact, we all go in and out of hypnotic states throughout the day—like when you’re so absorbed in a book or a movie that you lose track of time, or when you’re driving and suddenly realize you don’t remember the last few miles.
Hypnosis isn’t about losing control or being ‘put under.’ It’s more like guided focus and relaxation, and you remain aware and in control the entire time. My role is to create a safe, comfortable space and use techniques that are tailored to you.
Even if your mind feels active or resistant at first, that’s completely okay. We can work together to ease into the process. Some people experience hypnosis as a very deep, relaxed state, while others feel more like they’re simply listening to a conversation—it’s different for everyone, and both are equally effective.
Ultimately, hypnosis is a skill, and like any skill, it gets easier the more you practice. You don’t have to worry about ‘getting it right’—all you need to do is relax, follow my guidance, and trust the process. As long as you’re open to the idea of hypnosis, it will work for you.

It’s completely natural to wonder about control during hypnosis, and I want to assure you that you are always in control throughout the entire process. Hypnosis is not about me taking over your mind or making you do anything—it’s about guiding you into a relaxed, focused state where you can access your own inner resources and make changes you want.
You’ll be aware and alert the whole time, just like you are in everyday moments of deep focus or relaxation. You cannot be made to say, do, or reveal anything you don’t want to. Hypnosis works with your cooperation, not against it. In fact, if I made a suggestion that didn’t align with your values or goals, your mind would simply reject it.
Think of it like I’m the guide, but you’re in the driver’s seat. I help create a space for positive change, but you’re always in charge of where we go and how far we go. My role is to support you and ensure you feel safe and comfortable every step of the way

Usually 1-3 sessions are recommended. Most people experience a noticeable shift or change after just one session.
Since everyone is different, just as every issue is different, it is generally recommended to schedule more than one session to get the full benefit of hypnosis.
Frequently after people experience success on the initial goal they came in for, they start realizing other areas of their lives they could improve with the assistance of hypnosis. -
It’s a great question, and the results of hypnosis can show up in three main ways: instant, cumulative, and retrospective. Each person experiences change differently, and sometimes it’s a combination of these types.
Instant Change:
Some people notice a shift immediately, even during or right after the session. This might feel like a sense of relief, clarity, or a lightness, as if a weight has been lifted. For example, if we’re working on confidence, you might walk out of the session already feeling more self-assured and ready to take on challenges.Cumulative Change:
For others, the change builds over time, like layers peeling away or new habits forming. You might not notice a dramatic shift right away, but over days or weeks, you’ll find yourself thinking, feeling, or behaving differently. For instance, if you’re addressing stress, you may realize after a few weeks that situations that used to overwhelm you no longer have the same impact.Retrospective Change:
Sometimes the change is subtle, and you only notice it when you look back. You might realize that something that used to bother you, like a fear or a bad habit, simply isn’t part of your life anymore. For example, you might suddenly think, ‘Wow, I can’t remember the last time I felt that fear,’ or ‘I haven’t been craving that unhealthy snack.’
The way you experience change depends on the issue we’re working on and how your mind processes the shifts. No matter the type, the goal is to create positive, lasting transformation, and I’ll provide tools and support to ensure the results continue to grow and integrate into your life.

A typical RTT session is designed to be deeply insightful and transformative, and it follows a structured process to help you achieve your desired results. Here’s what you can expect:
Initial Discussion:
We’ll start by having a conversation about your goals, challenges, and what you’d like to achieve. This is your time to share, and my role is to listen and understand. Together, we’ll identify the specific issue to work on and the outcomes you want.Hypnosis Induction:
I’ll guide you gently into a relaxed, focused state of hypnosis. It’s similar to a daydream or a meditative state, where your conscious mind quiets down, and we can access the subconscious mind—the part of your mind that holds your beliefs, habits, and emotions.Exploration and Root Cause Work:
While in hypnosis, we’ll explore the root cause of the issue by revisiting key moments from your past that may have shaped your current beliefs or behaviors. This isn’t about reliving painful experiences but rather observing them from a safe distance to gain understanding and insight.Reframing and Transforming Beliefs:
Once we’ve identified the root cause, we’ll work to reframe those old, limiting beliefs and replace them with positive, empowering ones. This is a powerful part of the session where we help your subconscious mind let go of what no longer serves you and embrace new, constructive ways of thinking.Customized Transformation Recording:
After the session, I’ll create a personalized audio recording just for you. This recording reinforces the changes we’ve made and helps solidify the new beliefs in your subconscious. You’ll listen to it daily for 21-30 days, which is key to making the transformation permanent.Post-Session Integration and Support:
We’ll also have a follow-up to check on your progress, answer any questions, and provide additional support if needed. The changes you experience can be instant, cumulative, or retrospective, and I’ll be here to guide you through the process.
RTT is designed to be effective in just 1-3 sessions for most people because it gets to the root of the issue quickly and helps you make lasting changes. Throughout the entire session, you’ll be safe, supported, and in control.

Many people are curious about whether online hypnosis works as well as in-person sessions, and I can confidently say it does! Hypnosis is all about creating a focused, relaxed state where we can access your subconscious mind, and that doesn’t depend on being in the same physical room. What matters most is your comfort, openness, and a good connection between us, which Zoom easily allows.
Why Online Hypnosis is Just as Effective:
Same Process, Different Setting:
The hypnosis process works the same way online as it does in person. I guide you into a relaxed state, help you uncover the root cause of your issue, and work with your subconscious mind to make positive changes. Whether you’re sitting in my office or in your own home, the results are equally powerful.Comfort of Your Own Space:
One of the benefits of online hypnosis is that you can do it from the comfort of your own home. This often helps people feel more relaxed and open during the session, which enhances the effectiveness of the work we do.Personal Connection:
Through Zoom, we can still have the same personal connection and conversation as we would in person. You’ll see and hear me clearly, and I’ll guide you step by step through the session. I’ve worked with many clients online, and they’ve had the same positive outcomes as those I’ve seen in person.
How It Works:
Preparation:
Before the session, I’ll guide you on how to set up your space. You’ll want a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed, with a good internet connection and a device that allows you to see and hear me clearly. The Session:
During the session, we’ll connect via Zoom. You’ll follow my verbal guidance just as you would in person. I’ll help you relax and guide you into hypnosis, and we’ll work together to address your goals.Post-Session Recording:
As with in-person sessions, you’ll receive a personalized recording after the session to reinforce the positive changes we’ve made. You can listen to it daily for the best results.
You’ll always be in control and aware during the session, and I’ll be with you every step of the way. If for any reason the connection drops, you’ll naturally come out of hypnosis after a few moments and can easily reconnect. Online hypnosis is safe, convenient, and just as effective as in-person work—it’s all about creating a supportive space where transformation can happen.

To make the most of your hypnosis sessions, there are a few simple steps you can take to ensure you’re fully prepared and engaged in the process. Hypnosis is a collaborative experience, and your active participation is key to achieving the best results.
Before the Session:
Have a Clear Goal:
Think about what you want to achieve from the session. The clearer your intention, the more focused our work can be.Set Up Your Space (for online sessions):
Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Use a comfortable chair or recline if you prefer, and ensure you have a stable internet connection if we’re meeting online.Be Open-Minded:
Come with an open and curious mindset. You don’t need to worry about whether you’re doing it ‘right’—just relax and allow the process to unfold naturally.
During the Session:
Relax and Let Go:
Your only job during the session is to relax and follow my guidance. There’s no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis—trust that whatever comes up is part of the process.Engage Fully:
If we explore memories or emotions, don’t overthink or try to force anything. Simply allow what comes to mind to surface naturally, as these are often the keys to uncovering insights and making changes.Ask Questions if Needed:
If anything is unclear or you feel uncertain, let me know. This is your session, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported.
After the Session:
Listen to Your Recording:
You’ll receive a personalized recording to reinforce the positive changes we’ve worked on. Listen to it daily for 21–30 days, as repetition helps rewire your subconscious mind for lasting transformation.Observe Changes:
Pay attention to shifts in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Sometimes changes are immediate, while other times they build over days or weeks. Celebrate any progress, no matter how small.Practice Self-Care:
Take time to nurture yourself after the session. Drink water, rest if needed, and give yourself space to process any insights or emotions that arise.
Remember, hypnosis is a powerful tool, but it works best when we approach it as a partnership. By coming prepared, engaging fully, and committing to the follow-up, you’ll set yourself up for a truly transformative experience.
